Kalaangan- the Art Arena exhibition is an immersive showcase that brings together a diverse array of artists, shopping, entertainment where traditions meet the modern aesthetics. We invite you on a journey of exploring Indian history through its art forms

Diverse Exhibits:
Step into Kalaangan- the Art Arena Exhibition. Surround yourself with a kaleidoscope of ethnic art forms and handcrafted beauties. From traditional home decor ideas that meet modern aesthetics, to sculptures and installations that keep traditional skills relevant. Each exhibit tells a unique story, offering insight into the world where they were created, adapting to our world today. 

Interactive Experiences:
Kalaangan- the Art Arena Exhibition encourages active engagement with the artwork. Visitors are invited to touch, interact, and even become a part of the creative process. Whether it's participating in a collaborative workshop, shopping for handcrafted decor to jewelry, sampling traditional street food, or engaging in thought-provoking discussions with the artists themselves, there's no shortage of the chance to connect our history with modernity.

Location information

Bhau Daji Lad museum has been host to many exhibitions in the past and needs no introduction to most of us.

While some areas are being renovated, we have a wonderful location for our summer exhibition, that includes an air conditioned area for workshops and meets. Open air stalls for live events and shopping. High connectivity and ample parking spaces. We look forward to setting this up with everyone.

Booth applications are open. We have an excellent location at the Bhau Daji Lad Museum, and we envision lots of fun, family-friendly activities and retailers under one roof, a host of speakers and workshops, and more. 

We would love to welcome you, whether as a vendor, a partner, sponor or even as our guest. Your details remain safe with us. Do make the time to fill in your details. This makes it easier for us to call you. 

Application instructions

These details allows us to: 

1. Understand your brand.

2. Create an interest and awareness of your brand among those planning to visit the exhibition.

3. Create high-value collaborations between your brand and EkiBeki. 

This form takes approx. 20mins to fill (we recommend using a laptop!)

4. A short description of your business (max 120 characters: approx. 18 - 24 words)

7. The images we can use in our communication for the exhibition- about 5-6 images

9. Photos to use for publicity. We will check back with you if you want to update this from time to time.
